Why We Ask Before You Travel
Planning ahead helps reduce unexpected changes when you arrive. From your records, our dentists can see what treatment you are likely to need, how many visits it takes, and how to schedule them around your trip.
The initial treatment plan is free, and requesting one does not commit you to treatment.
The X-Ray
The most useful image is a panoramic X-ray, which shows all your teeth and both jaws in a single picture. Any dental practice or imaging center near you can take one.
Try to send one taken within the last year. If you are considering implants and already have a 3D scan, send that as well.
The Photos
A phone camera is all you need. Take the photos in daylight, facing a window, without the flash:
- A natural smile, face on.
- Your teeth biting together, lips pulled back with clean fingers.
- The same from the left side and from the right.
- Your upper teeth and your lower teeth, mouth open.
A Few Words About You
Tell us what bothers you about your teeth and what you would like to change. Let us know about any medical conditions and the medicines you take, since they can affect treatment.
If you already know when you would like to travel, include your dates too.
What Happens Next
Our team reviews your records and prepares a personalized plan with the treatment we recommend and how the visits fit together. We can then help with the rest of the trip: airport transfers and a hotel close to the clinic.
